How does Teroza earn money?
Through vacancy marketing. If you want to reach more people than Teroza's visitors, Teroza runs ads for your vacancy on Facebook and Instagram. You deposit advertising credit by invoice, with a 25% service fee and VAT, and choose a maximum and a period per campaign. You see every day what is taken from your credit, and you can always pause. For larger budgets the service fee can go down.
We are going to expand this: soon Teroza will also place your vacancy on other channels, such as Google and LinkedIn. You then buy your ads in one place, from Teroza, and see per channel what it costs and what it brings.
And later?
Taking part in Teroza stays free; you only pay if you choose vacancy marketing yourself. Should a paid membership ever arrive, you will hear about it well in advance and never retroactively: what you post for free today stays up for free.
